    • Is the picture on the website exactly the same as what I will receive?

    • Who customizes the hair?
      • Killah!
    • How is the hair packaged?
      • All units are packaged in a killah kolourz silk bag.

  • Lash Extensions
    • How are the lashes applied?
      • One lash extension is applied to each individual natural lash. Each lash appointment is personal and unique.
    • What should I do before my appointment?
      • Avoid mascara.
      • Have a fresh clean face.
      • make sure lashes are  oil free. 
    • How far in advance should I book my appointment if I have a special event to go to or I’m traveling
      • Book at least a week in advance to avoid disappointment!
    • How long do lash extensions last?
      • With proper care lash extensions last anywhere from 2-6 weeks. 
    • Are there risks that come with getting lash extensions?
      • There is the risk of allergic reactions. People with sensitive  eyes may tear up and their eyes may appear red due to the fumes of the lash glue.
    • Will they damage my lashes?
      • The chances of damage to your lashes are extremely low. Lash extensions should always be applied and removed by  a professional .
    • Can I still do things like swim, shower, exercise, or go to the spa with my lash extensions?
      • Yes.
    • If I get lash extensions somewhere else can I come to you for a refill?
      • No, we only perform refills on sets that were originally applied by KillahLashes

  • Policy
    • Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Late policy:
      • In order to have your deposit refunded you must cancel your appointment at least 72 hours before your appointment.
      • 24 hour notice is required for rescheduling appointments. 
      • There is a 15 minute grace period when running late for your appointment, after 15 minutes $10.00 late fee is charged if you did not contact Killah prior to being late.
    • Do you take deposits for lash extension bookings?
      • Yes! when booking a lash appointment the amount you see on the website is a 50% deposit, the remainder of your balance is to be paid in person through either cash, debit/credit, or etransfer.
    • What payment methods do you accept?
      • Through our website we accept all major credit cards, paypal, and in special situations we may even accept cash, etransfer, or debit for local customers.
    • Do you do returns, refunds, or exchanges?
      • Everything is final sale.
    • Do you have a loyalty or referral program?
      • Yes. They can be found on the home page of our website.

  • Orders and Shipping
    • Can I change my order information?
      • Once order is placed customers have 24 hours to confirm any changes or adjustments to their order. After 24 hours orders cannot be changed.
    • How are orders Shipped
      • Products are shipped out via Canada Post, but in special situations we may offer local delivery and pickup.
    • When should I expect to receive my order?
      • All orders placed take 1-3 business days to process, then once processing is finished orders take 5-10 business days to reach you. So you should receive your order in 6-13 business days.
    • Can I check my order status?
      • Yes, all orders shipped are delivered with a tracking number so you can keep track of where your order is.
    • Am I able to come pick up my order in person?
      • Yes, pickups can be arranged. Just send us an email after you place you order.
    • Where do your products ship from?
      • All products are shipped from Toronto, Ontario.
    • Do you ship to other countries?
      • Yes, we offer worldwide shipping.
